We will work with you to become an expert at phone and accessory sales, customer issue resolution, and navigating Metro by T-Mobile plans and programs. What are we looking for?

-At least a year of previous retail sales experience, although we will consider customer service experience in some situations

-A background in wireless communications is strongly encouraged

-The ability to listen and make every customer feel valued and welcomed

-Tech savvy people with problem-solving skills is a plus

-A high school degree or GED is essential

-Bilingual is a plus
